If you're not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, contact us within 30 days of your order and we'll issue a full refund. No complicated hoops — just email us and tell us the product wasn't right for you.

How to request a refund

Email info@handquiltingpatterns.com from the address you used at checkout and include your order number (you'll find it in your confirmation email). We typically respond within 1–2 business days.

How refunds are issued

Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method (card via Stripe, or your PayPal account). Depending on your bank or provider, it can take a few business days to appear. Once an order is refunded, access to the related download links is disabled.
